Join Megan and Michelle for a transformative sound healing experience, tapping into the profound energy of the total lunar eclipse on Thursday, March 13th. This celestial event offers a unique opportunity for deep introspection, energetic healing, and spiritual awakening. It’s the perfect time to shed old patterns and embrace new beginnings.
Our journey begins with simple kriya yogic movements, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Then, participants will relax in shavasana, bathed in the purifying and healing sounds of singing, drums, gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred instruments.
